Embark on a perilous journey as the captain of a pirate crew unwillingly stranded in a treacherous sea, far beyond mankind's reach!

In Sails & Monsters, defeat sea monsters and sacrifice their blood to Nøkken, your demonic ship. Satisfy her hunger to acquire new weapons and upgrades. Be cautious, however, as deck space is limited and Nøkken's thirst for blood is unquenchable. As you try to find your way home, unravel the mysteries of the many islands you visit. Do you have what it takes to hold off the hordes and keep your crew safe?

This game prototype was developed by a team of five talented students over 12 weeks as part of the capstone project for the Video Games major at Université de Montréal.
